L’AKG, è l’unione dell’aminoacido arginina e del sale alfa-chetoglutarico, permette oltre a tutti i vantaggi legati al metabolismo dell’arginina, anche un’aumentata capacità di sintesi dell’Ossido Nitrico (NO), quindi con effetto positivo a livello di ossigenazione e capillarizzazione dei tessuti e della salute vascolare.
Proprio per la facilità di conversione di questo aminoacido in nitrossido o ossido nitrico (no) all’interno dell’organismo l’ossido Nitrico favorisce il rilassamento e dilatazione (aumento del diametro) dei vasi sanguigni, aumentando di conseguenza il flusso sanguigno sia all’interno dei vasi stessi che verso le fibre muscolari. Un afflusso di sangue più abbondante si traduce in un maggiore rifornimento di glucosio, aminoacidi, grassi ed ossigeno alle cellule ed ottimizza la produzione energetica.
