INGREDIENTI: acqua, glucomannano da Amorphophallus konjac 3,8per cento, agente di resistenza: idrossido di calcio.
MODO D’USO: L’effetto benefico si ottiene con l’assunzione giornaliera di 3 g di glucomannano in tre dosi da 1 g ciascuna, con 1-2 bicchieri d’acqua, prima dei pasti e nel contesto di una dieta ipocalorica.
33 g di prodotto costituiscono una porzione che apporta 1 g di glucomannano.
Preparazione:
1) svuotare l’acqua dal pacco
2) sciacquare per 2-3 volte sotto acqua corrente
3) riscaldare in una pentola per 2-3 minuti, senza coperchio, o al microonde per 1 minuto
4) saltare in padella con un condimento a scelta, oppure consumare in una zuppa o in insalata.
