Il magnesio è fondamentale per l’organismo umano. Esso attiva centinaia di enzimi che controllano tutte le attività dipendenti da ATP contribuendo al normale metabolismo energetico e sostenendo una regolare sintesi proteica. Il fabbisogno di magnesio per un soggetto adulto è di 375 mg al giorno, una normale dieta non riesce a volte ad assicurare un completo apporto di magnesio. Durante gli esercizi di resistenza la perdita di magnesio attraverso la sudorazione ne incrementa il fabbisogno per ripristinare l’equilibrio elettrolitico. Il 65% del magnesio contenuto nel corpo umano è localizzato all’interno delle ossa: un suo apporto adeguato contribuisce alla salvaguardia della salute di ossa e denti.
Modo d’uso: si consiglia l’assunzione di una compressa al giorno con un sorso d’acqua.
