If your order includes items from more than one manufacturer, you will receive multiple deliveries. I caseinati micellari hanno tempi di assorbimento e digeribilità più lenti delle proteine del siero del latte, in quanto vi è un rilascio costante di amminoacidi ai muscoli. L’assorbimento graduale dei caseinati micellari ne fa una proteina adatta per il recupero anche per via della grande quantità di glutammina in essa contenuta, la quale deve essere reintegrata poiché persa durante l’attività fisica. I caseinati micellari contengono meno dello 0,1% di lattosio, questa caratteristica li rende adatti anche a soggetti intolleranti.
Daily serving: 30 g. Dissolve 3 scoops of product (30 g) in 250 ml of water or skimmed milk.
