Le proteine idrolizzate sono proteine del siero del latte ottenute per ultra-filtrazione e sottoposte ad un ulteriore processo di idrolisi (per via enzimatica) attraverso il quale le proteine vengono scisse in aminoacidi singoli, di-peptidi, tri-peptidi e oligopeptidi. Il processo riproduce la suddivisione che le proteine subiscono durante la digestione. Le XXX Hydrolysed Protein 90 sono le proteine con i più rapidi tempi di assorbimento e assimilazione.
Modo d’uso: si consiglia l’assunzione di 3 misurini (30 g) in 80-100 ml di acqua o latte magro.
Avvertenze: gli integratori alimentari non vanno intesi come sostituti di una dieta variata ed equilibrata ed uno stile di vita sano. L’assunzione non deve eccedere la dose giornaliera consigliata.
